The City of Austin is hiring hundreds of lifeguards to work at pools across Austin. This year, temporary aquatic jobs pay $20 an hour and up to $750 in bonuses based on the number of hours worked. City staff also get a free bus pass and sick leave. You must be 15 years of age or older. Training and uniforms are free. Apply to be a lifeguard at LifeguardAustin.com.
