Get a Gift Card With Your Next COVID-19 Vaccine Dose

Austin Public Health (APH) will be offering gift cards at our vaccine events to anyone getting a COVID-19 vaccine.    The $50 VISA gift cards are offered to make up for lost wages for people who want to take time off work to get the vaccine. Currently, there are many people in Austin and Travis County who are unvaccinated or are not up to date with their vaccines. Those who are unvaccinated are at greater risk for severe symptoms from COVID-19.   Now is the best time to get that next shot, whether it’s your first dose, second dose, or booster. The Public Health Emergency is set to expire in May, and it is not known whether COVID-19 vaccines will be free to the public when it expires.   View our community vaccine events section below where vaccines and gift cards will be available.
