Did You Register for a COVID-19 Vaccine with APH? Update Your Account if You No Longer Need it To Help Others Get the Shot Español más abajo Austin, Texas – Austin Public Health (APH) successfully launched upgrades to the online COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination Registration site, yesterday, Mar. 30.  Now, APH needs your help – if you are pre-registered through APH and have received your first and/or second dose through a different provider, let us know by taking the following steps:   Log in at covid19.austintexas.gov with the  information (email, password) you used to create your account Under "My Vaccinations," click the link that says "I already received my 1st and/or 2nd vaccine dose from another provider" You will then be directed to complete a form titled "Non-Austin Public Health vaccine provider form"  By taking these steps, it will help APH have a better understanding of who in our system is still in need of vaccination and will guide our approach to further opening eligibility to the general public.  For additional COVID-19 vaccine information and updates, visit www.AustinTexas.gov/COVID19-Vaccines.     ¿Ya se inscribió para recibir la vacuna de APH contra el COVID-19? Actualice su cuenta si ya no la necesita para ayudar a que otros reciban la inyección    Austin, Texas — El departamento de Salud Pública de Austin (APH, por sus siglas en inglés) logró actualizar el sitio de Inscripción para Pruebas y Vacunación el día de ayer, 30 de marzo.   Ahora, APH necesita su ayuda: si usted ya se preinscribió por medio de APH y ya recibió su primera y/o segunda dosis por medio de otro proveedor, favor de hacérnoslo saber tomando los siguientes pasos:  Ingrese al sitio covid19.austintexas.gov con la información (dirección de correo electrónico, contraseña) que utilizó para crear su cuenta Bajo "Mis Vacunas", haga clic en el enlace que dice "Ya recibí mi 1ª y/o mi 2ª dosis por medio de otro proveedor"  Luego se le pedirá que rellene el formulario titulado "formulario de otro proveedor de vacuna y no de Salud Pública de Austin" Al seguir estos pasos, usted nos ayudará a entender mejor quiénes en el sistema aún necesitan vacunarse.
